As owner, she oversees management of all departments of Secure Bearing including sales, operations, finance, business development, and human resources. Justin, a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), possesses over 15 years of experience in IT, networking, security infrastructure, and automation development for leading global corporations. Under his leadership, the company's exceptional customer retention, project success, and strong word-of-mouth reputation transformed what started as a side venture into a full-time business. Justin continues to be actively engaged in the most complex customer projects, guaranteeing their successful outcomes.
